    Order Processing

    All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

    Please note that during peak periods, launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.


    Shipping Destinations

    We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

    Delivery Times

    Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:

    • Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days

    • Express Delivery (if available): 1–2 business days

    Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier service.


    Shipping Costs

    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. Any applicable charges will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.


    Age Verification

    Ginocello products are alcoholic beverages.
    By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or over.

    Age verification may be required upon delivery. If valid ID cannot be provided, the courier may refuse delivery.


    Missed or Failed Deliveries

    If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to absence or inability to provide valid ID, the courier may reattempt delivery or return the parcel to us. Additional charges may apply for redelivery.


    Damaged or Missing Items

    If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at u@ginocello.com, including your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will resolve the matter promptly.
