5. Quarterly Payment Option

Failure to pay a quarterly instalment suspends the licence immediately.

What You Cannot Do Under This Licence

1. You Do Not Own the Recipes

You do not:

• Have rights to modify and claim them as your own

• Have rights to register them as your IP

2. No Sharing, Publishing, or Distribution of Recipes

You may not:

3. No Sub-Licensing or Third-Party Production
