This licensing model allows you to benefit from our expertise without owning the intellectual property outright, ensuring consistency, quality, and brand protection.

You are not purchasing ownership of the recipes or brand. You are licensing the right to use them under agreed terms.
You are permitted to:

This applies only while your licence is active and paid up to date.
You may sell Ginocello made using our recipes:
By the glass (on-trade)
As cocktails
As bottled products within approved limits (see branding section)
Directly to customers at your licensed premises
Sales must comply with:

Food and beverage safety regulations
You may:
List Ginocello on menus
Include it in cocktail lists
Offer it as a house special
Promote it as a signature drink
You may describe it as:
“Produced using a licensed Ginocello recipe”
“Made in-house under a Ginocello licence”
You may:
Train your staff to prepare Ginocello using the licensed recipes
Share recipe access only with staff who need it operationally
Use the recipes internally for consistency and quality control
Staff access must remain internal and confidential.
We understand cash-flow considerations. You may:
Pay the £999 annual licence in quarterly instalments
Continue full licence benefits as long as payments are current
Failure to pay a quarterly instalment suspends the licence immediately.
This section is critical. These restrictions protect our intellectual property and ensure fairness across all licensees.
You do not:
Own the Ginocello recipes
Have rights to modify and claim them as your own
Have rights to register them as your IP
Have rights to resell or sublicense them
All recipes remain our exclusive intellectual property at all times.
You may not:
Share recipes with third parties
Publish recipes online or offline
Include recipes in books, blogs, or videos
Provide recipes to other businesses
Use them in training outside your licensed operation
This includes:
Free sharing
Paid sharing
Informal sharing
“Adapted” or “inspired by” versions that are clearly derived from our recipes
You may not:
Allow another business to produce Ginocello under your licence
Use contract manufacturers without written approval
Sell the licence or access to it
Transfer the licence to another entity or location
Each business location requires its own licence unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You may:
Adjust sweetness or garnish for service preferences
You may not:
Alter the core recipe and present it as “your own Ginocello”
Claim to have developed or invented the recipe
Create derivative products for resale outside licence terms
Any major modification intended for resale must be approved.
Once the licence ends, you must:
Stop producing Ginocello using our recipes
Stop selling existing stock made using the recipes
Destroy or securely delete all recipe materials
Confirm compliance if requested
Continued use after expiry constitutes unauthorised use and legal infringement.
You may:
Refer to Ginocello as part of your menu
Describe it as “Produced using a licensed Ginocello recipe”
Mention it in marketing copy truthfully
You may not:
Register “Ginocello” as your trademark
Present Ginocello as your proprietary brand
Create packaging that implies ownership of the Ginocello brand
Use logos or branding not explicitly approved
If bottled for sale, labelling must:

Avoid misleading brand ownership claims
To protect the reputation of Ginocello, licensees are expected to:

Suspend the licence for serious breaches
